Exposing a Bigfoot player in the new-age marketing wilderness.

Saasquatch helps businesses expand their customer base via referral programs – and they were ready to venture into customer acquisition and loyalty programs. We set out to help clarify their new service offering by visually communicating who they are and what they do with a fresh new brand.

Beginning with a comprehensive brand audit, we dropped their namesake Sasquatch caricature in favour of subtlety and created a literal landscape to set the scene: West Coast-inspired trees are intelligently designed to impart the impression of upward growth. Housed in a circle, the token tree becomes a symbol of the customer lifecycle, doubling as their new logo. Carrying the coastal colour palette throughout the site, we upped their UX game, making the user experience logically seamless with a go-to call to action at the ready from any page. With a full roll-out, integrating the new brand across print and digital marketing collateral, we helped expose Saasquatch for the big(foot) player it is.
